Can I run Appium iOS automated tests on Ubuntu?

I know that it is not possible to encode a test on ubuntu, since I need apple xCode, but I would like to know if it is possible to run automated tests on Ubuntu after encoding.

No, appium needs xCode to use UiAutomation and iOS testing tools, unfortunately.
