How to configure application icons for tvOS applications in Xcode

The new Apple TV just appeared and I'm trying to configure App Icons for a new application. It requests Front, Middle, and Back images for "App Icon - Large" and for "App Icon Small." I tried putting a 512x512 image in Middle and getting the following error:

The last layer of the image stack with Medium should exactly fill the image stack. Its current frame is {{384, 128}, {512, 512}}, and the image stack size is {1280, 768}.

Is it necessary to use an image of 1280x768? More importantly, what exactly is needed with regard to image assets for tvOS applications?

You need at least 2 images for the application icon - large and the application icon - small (So there are only 4 images - I first used only the front and back, then I used all three layers for a total of 6 images)

The large icon is 1280x768 and the small is 400 x 240

Apple Doc:

https://developer.apple.com/tvos/human-interface-guidelines/icons-and-images/

It does not seem to indicate that you only need one image for 1280x768. But I could not send my application with just one image. I made my icons in full size 1280x768, and then it scales to 400 x 240.

In addition, you need to add a Top Shelf image that is 1920 x 720
