OnEnterAnimationComplete () not called API 21

I use the transition of common elements between actions and on devices with API 21, the onEnterAnimationComplete () method is not called. Says here that it was introduced in api 21. Please note that the method is called for Android versions 6 and 7. The problem only occurs for devices running Android 5. Any ideas?
