Failed to check your application error.

I try to download a new version of the assembly on a test flight, but always get an error, for example:

Unable to verify your application. The application you selected does not exist.

Try using Application Loader . It is working! Here's a video on how to do this, and the Apple Documentation for reference.

It seems your application is not configured on iTunesConnect. Make sure you use the correct package identifier. The package identifier in iTunesConnect and in the Xcode project should be the same. Otherwise, export the IPA and download it using the Application Loader .
