How to use NSPageController on a storyboard?

On a storyboard, when I try to add an NSPageController , it comes out with its own look.

When I want to use a split view, I can add an NSSplitViewController or just a split view. I prefer to use SplitView inside NSViewController.

Anyway, can I use the NSPageController inside the NSViewController and then select a subview for my NSPageController content? The storyboard just won't let me put the PageController inside the view controller. Any ideas?
