This solution is for Internet Explorer. I do not know how this can be done for firefox or chrome.

See Chirag Shah solutions. Follow only to step 13. I could not complete step 14 because I could not find the home dialog box.
In steps, Chirag talks about some URLs. I really don't understand the meaning of any of these URLs. So I used the URL in the "Report Manager URL" section of the "Reporting Services Configuration Manager". It was
http:
8080 - port number.
Once you are done, follow the link below and follow all the steps - http://www.soheib.com/technical-knowledge/sql-server-2012-reporting-services-uac-user-access-control/
In step 7, I saw a lot of flags. I selected them all. Finally, I can calm down. Hope this works for you too.
In addition, when creating the accounts described in the link above, you can see the account "BUILTIN \ Administrators". Ignore this - thatβs what I did.

Steps taken from the post of Chirag Shah -
- Configure the report server for local administration. To access the report server and report manager locally, follow these steps:
- Launch Windows Internet Explorer.
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Click "Security."
- Click Trusted Sites.
- Click Sites.
- In the Add this website to a zone section, enter http: // ServerName. If you do not use HTTPS for the default site, clear the Require server certification (https :) check box for all sites in this zone.
- Click Add.
- Repeat step 7f and step 7g to add the http host URL, and then click Close.
- Note. This step allows you to start Internet Explorer and open either the local host name or the network computer name for the Report Server application server and Report Manager application.
- Create role assignments that explicitly grant you access along with full permissions. To do this, follow these steps:
- Launch Internet Explorer along with the "Run as administrator" option. To do this, click the "Start" button, select "All Programs", right-click Internet Explorer and select "Run as Administrator."
- Open Report Manager. The default URL for Report Manager is http: // ServerName / reports. If you are using SQL Server Express with Advanced Services SP2, the report manager URL is: http: // ServerName / reports $ sqlexpress. If you are using a named instance of Reporting Services, the report manager URL is: http: // ServerName / reports $ InstanceName
