Cannot find .net framework 4.5 additional services in Windows features

I am running IIS7 on Windows 7 with the .net framework 4.5 installed, but I cannot find the .NET framework 4.5 with advanced features on the Windows features screen. I need to enable WCF, and it must be inside the advanced features of the service.

Any ideas?
