Non-Expired Collateral Profiles Not Found

Question

I can not test my application on my device, the error that I see is the one shown in the image.
Even if I select my account for the Team, I get the following message: "An App ID with Identifier 'identifier' is not available. Please enter a different string." . I did not participate in Apple membership, but this did not happen on my other mac. Certificates are installed in my access to the key chain, but there are no training profiles yet, because I do not have any of them as soon as I become a free user.
