How to share your laptops in DataLab?

DataLab uses a shared service account, but I don’t see the laptops of its members. How do we exchange notebooks between team members?

Laptops are stored in the git repository. If you click the "git Repository" icon on the notebook recording page, it will take you to the Cloud Repo page in the Google Cloud Dev Console. Select the datalab_main branch from the drop-down list and you will see the files ready for commit. After committing, other users can click Refresh on the same page in the Dev Console (Source | Browse in the left navigation bar) and they will see the changes and new laptops.

Another option is to download the laptop as an .ipynb file and share it this way.

The answer above was for beta1 version. For the GA version released in March 2017, the mechanics have changed. Click the tree icon in the top line to go to the git interface. You can then do the usual git push / pull operations as needed. Also see this document and related links.
