Yes, this is a mistake on the side of Apple. I sent the application with this error, and Apple approved the application.

iTunes Connect now supports downloading iPad Pro Screenshots iTunes Connect (German) (German screenshot)

As @MikeKeskinov mentioned, this can only be seen if the application is not already ready for sale . (thanks for the comment)
