Android: Samsung's Smart Manager App

I have an Android application published on the Play Store and I receive reports from users saying that there is an application called β€œSmart Manager” on their Samsung device that displays notifications of abnormal battery usage from my application. However, I see no way to debug it from my point of view. I don't have a Samsung device, and it seems like the user has no way to tell the developer why the application uses more battery than usual.

Does anyone have any info on the Samsung Smart Manager app? What makes him receive notifications? Any insight on what I can do to fix these problems?

Thanks!

I was able to solve my problem. The solution is similar to a specific case, but in my application I got a widget that will perform a network operation in the thread that called AppWidgetProvider onUpdate . If the network operation took too long, Smart Manager will raise this warning. My solution was to create an IntentService to handle the network operation, and then return to the widget to update its components.
