Blueimp file download plugin is slower in Windows client browsers

My website uses the Blueimp Jquery file upload plugin and runs on a CentOS 6 server (using the PHP handler). The site is available only on our internal network (customers - 1 Gb / s on the desktop).

Consistently, Windows boot speeds are much slower, regardless of browser: IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc.

The download speed is about 50 Mbps in a 200 MB test file (TIFF image). However, Mac OS X clients, regardless of browser, at the speed of about 300 Mbps have the same file, which is much faster.

Test machines are on the same network and subnet, etc. Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem, or what BlueImp settings can affect the download speed only in Windows?

Does the OS or Windows browser support ported file downloads in a different way, which may require settings?

TIA for any suggestions.

Do they both have HDD / SSD? Otherwise, it may be the difference in read speed.

If so, perhaps you can check the Windows Resource Monitor and see what bandwidth is being used.

If this is not a problem, it may be a problem with the wireless adapter (provided that they use wireless).

This might be a blueimp problem, but it doesn't seem like there is any platform specific code in the source code.
