Zookeeper high disk IO

Question

Currently, our 3 instance zookeeper running on EC2 suffers a high level of I / O (cpu wait 50% in the top command).

Our drive is an 80G EBS that can receive 240 4K IOPS

I iotop zookeeper Process shows Disk Write 900K / s

However, I also tried sysdig, which shows a transaction log that writes zookeeper at only 40 kb / s

sudo sysdig -pc -c topfiles_bytes sysdig -c topfiles_bytes proc.name=java 

And I confirm that the write operation in zookeeper is about 300 operations per second, which will never reach 900 K / s

Does anyone have such a problem?
