PhantomJS sets browser time zone setting

Question

I am running Karma with PhantomJS to run some unit tests.

In my unit tests, there are several tests that do some sort of comparison of the dates that all go through when run locally.

Our build server is in a different time zone, and date tests do not work due to different time zones.

I looked through the phantomjs options and did not see any options regarding the locale or time zone. Is it possible to configure phantomJs to have the same time zone on every computer, even if they are different time zones?

If you use it with a shell, you can use the TZ environment variable. For instance.

 TZ=Europe/Berlin phantomjs script.js
