Is it possible to host only a subdomain on cloudflare

I want to host only a subdomain for cloud printing. I do not want to change the name server of my primary domain to my own. Is it really possible?

Yes, it is possible, but you need to configure it through the CloudFlare Partner or you need to be on a business or corporate plan. They can configure domains through a CNAME record instead of moving name servers.
