A site error has occurred in Microsoft Edge (but not in other browsers)

When you load a page on our website in Microsoft Edge, you sometimes see the following error (that is, about 1/3 of the time):

There is a download problem on this page.

We tried to load this page several times, but there is still a problem with this site. We know that you have better things to do than watch this reboot again and again to try to return to this page later.

This page looks like a reload once or twice before showing the error. We do not see the same problem in any other main browser (IE 9-11, Chrome, FireFox, etc.), and there are no errors in the console (although there are a few warnings).

The following are console warning messages:

  • The code on this page has disabled caching back and forth
  • Refusal to comment. Comments must begin with <!-- . (In particular, referring to lines of code that include conditional formatting for earlier versions of IE.)

Here is an example of a page on our website where we saw this error: https://casetext.com/case/cole-taylor-bank-v-corrigan

For what it's worth, we are the site of AngularJS version 1.4.4, and we use ui-router for routing.
