ITunes Store operation failed: error description not available

I try to send a new assembly to iTunes Connect, but I get this error all the time: iTunes Store operation failed: error description is not available when sending.

Xcode error

It is strange that I already managed to download 3 assemblies in iTunes Connect. But now I keep getting this error, it has been happening for 4 days, so I think this is not a problem on Apple servers. I tried to change build and version numbers, as well as update preparation profiles, etc.

Who can help? After 4 days it is a little disappointing, I need to send this application.

Thanks for any help!

I decided. The only thing I did this time is the place where I did it. It turned out that you cannot send Apple applications to some networks ..

Edit: You must ensure that ports 443 and 33001 are available. Additional information in this document: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/UsingApplicationLoader.pdf

Presenting the application requires some ports to be open, you can check the requirements document, page 6: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/UsingApplicationLoader.pdf

For the best boot experience, make sure all ports and IP addresses are available.

The requirements for Xcode Organizer are the same with Application Loader.
