AnkhSvn installed but not working in Visual Studio 2013

I installed Visual studio 2013 and I installed AnkhSvn-2.5.12266.msi for svn, but this "Add-On" is not available in Visual Studio. Why?

He is. Just change the version control settings in visual studio to use Ankh instead of TFS.

Go to Tools/Options/Source Control/Plug-in Selection , select the AnkhSVN plugin.

Then restart the visual studio and you will go well. It works great for me.

Or reinstall the full ankhsvn client. Like this guy here:

To add to the previous answer, I would like to configure WinMerge as external Diff and Merge Tools tools after installing the source control plugin, in (you must install WinMerge first):

Visual Studio → TOOLS → Options → Expand Node Source Control

VS2013 AnkhSVN Plug-In Selection

VS2013 Subversion User Tools

Double-clicking on pending changes will show the change in WinMerge:

  • Go to Tools / Options
  • Select Source Select / Plug-in
  • Under Current Source Control Module, select AnkhSVN - SubVersion Support for Visual Studio
