Use jquery to disable mouse scroll wheel function when mouse cursor is inside div?

Question

How to use jquery to disable the mouse scroll wheel function that scrolls a long page when the mouse is pointing inside a div?

I need to disable it because I have another mouse wheel function in the div, if the page is too long, when I scroll the mouse wheel inside the div, the div and the page will scroll. I don’t want both of them to scroll, I want only the div to scroll inside.

the problem is solved, I just changed the css of the body and div, and it works !! Happy. Lol
