View blur and repeat recyclers

Question

My application contains an action that contains a toolbar (application bar), ad-mob and the .thr frament fragment consists of a RecyclerView.

I used the basic RecylerView methods in my adapter for inflation and onbindview ..... etc., and I used the Inflater Linear-Layout.

It works fine in most cases, but several times (say, 1 out of 50 times) it blurs and repeats the views at the top and bottom of the screen, including the ToolBar (App-Bar) and navigation bar, as well as some of the recyler view, and errors in LogCat not.

Blur areas are not constant, sometimes it blurs most of the screen, sometimes only a few parts of the screen are blurred.

What was I trying to remove the blur and is this a Probelm solution ??

Update-1 I tried to use setHasSizeFixed (true) , because the adapter data does not change the size of my views, this is a height of 90dp. Do not solve the problem .
