Where is the Microsoft.Owin.Security.Basic NuGet package located?

I can not find the NuGet package for the released version of Microsoft.Owin.Security.Basic. I expect this to be on nuget.org, but it is not. According to the Katana project site, Microsoft.Owin.Security.Basic was released with version 2.0.0.0 in 2013.

I got a response to the Katana project, and it looks like the underlying security feature has not been released. Here is the answer from the problem I discovered.

This roadmap description was an outdated description of what we originally planned to ship to v2.0, and not what was actually sent with the release. The Security.Basic package was never sent because auth does not meet our security requirements. I updated the roadmap accordingly.
