Alternative to colon in time format

ISO 8601 recommends the following format for date and time:

2014-12-29T16:11:20+00:00

I prefer this format as it allows lexical ordering. But there is a small problem: some file systems do not allow colons in file names (at least not normal). ISO 8601 allows you to exclude colons, but I'd rather have some sort of character there than numbers that work together:

 2014-12-29T161120+0000

Does ISO 8601 provide a non-colon character? I could not find any indication of this. If not, is there another well-recognized character that I could use? (Perhaps another standard offers such a symbol?)

Not.

ISO 8601 allows the colon ( : to separate time components in extended format:

The main format is [hh] [mm] [ss], and the extended format is [hh]: [mm]: [ss].

There is no alternative to the extended format.
