Google Analytics shows a real-time screen that is not set for users from Android.

I use Google analytics, and I notice that some of my active screen names (not set) while viewing the report in real time (see image)

The problem was that I sent events through a broadcast receiver that received push in the background. Events were counted as a new session (thus, it appeared as a user in real time), and since the session was not associated with any activity, the name "Not Set".

The solution I made was to create a new property in Google Analytics and use a different tracker for these events.
