Clear all breakpoints in Visual Studio solution

Is there a shortcut to clear all breakpoints in all projects as part of a solution in Visual Studio?

Debug> Delete All Breakpoints

or

Label : CTRL + SHIFT + F9

This also works in debug mode.

I personally find it easier to hold ALT and press D. twice.
Which translates to the menu D ebug, D elete All breakpoints.
