How to create a damaged .bak file for testing?

I know this is some strange question, but is it possible to intentionally make the .bak file for the MS SQL Server database corrupt for testing purposes? I would like it to be damaged, so I can try to repair it using troubleshooting and improve the troubleshooting skills of database recovery.

Greetings!

you can damage the .bak file by simply opening it with a text editor and changing some art forms, but you cannot restore this file. An alternative would be to use the unix dd command (you can find the Windows executable).
