Registration of applications in weblogic 12c went bad after updating Jdeveloper from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3

Question

We recently updated JDeveloper from 12.1.2 to 12.3. Since then, application logging has gone bad. The application works, but the log is filled with messages below. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

there is an error recorded for this on the Oracle support site "Error 19483893: WHEN MULTIPARTCONFIG SUPPORTS THAT IT IS INTEGRATED, WRITTEN WITH A MESSAGE WARNING"

"So, in general, the problem only concerns the massive warning messages that appear on the log. The patch did not break functionality at all. It just seems that part of the code added an additional warning message that was not previously part of the product, which causes problems for customers."

There seems to be no permission for this other than ignoring (or you can apply a log filter at the server framework level)

I came across the same <Warning> on weblogic server 12.1.3 and webfaces http://www.forum.forum.forum. WebApp has no errors. It works without a problem.
There are no such warnings on wls 12.1.2.
