I want to connect an external webcam to an Android device for the camera using usb. Are there any ways to connect webcams for this without rooting the device. Please help or share some libraries or snipit code for the same.
I think you can try using Emulator (AVD or Genymotion) on a computer that connects to your webcam via USB.
And then set the Emulator camera as a webcam, it may look like a normal device, but you are using a webcam
