Space after footer, only in firefox

There seems to be a random blank space after the footer at the bottom of the site, but it only appears in Firefox. The site is great for Safari and Chrome. When I try to use a validation element, the empty space does not seem to fall under any tags. This is not like footer tags, since deleting them does not change anything.

I use the Ryan Fait Sticky Footer for my footer. It seems to work fine on Chrome and Safari, but doesn't seem to work on Firefox.

You can test it at: http://www.edmhunters.com/martin-garrix/

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Both answers already provided do not help the situation ...

<span class="footer-copyright"> <strong>© EDM Hunters 2014</strong> </span>

Located in the footer, its placement is incorrect. It does not appear, as in Chrome. You need to slightly move the menu to the left. I will give css when I get the exact styles.

In global.min.***.css on line 12, delete all your css add:

 bottom: -102px; position: relative;

This is a must have for .footer-copyright . Do not use overflow:hidden because it is for those who do not know what is going on. Now ... This second I need to check Chrome, but everything should be fine. I will fix the editing in a minute if it is not.

Final editing:

To work in Chrome, add the following two styles:

 display: block; float: left;

If you add

 overflow:hidden

The footer element seems to fix the problem in firefox. I got this idea from this question , so this is probably the same or similar problem (collapsible fields).

This is a problem with clearfix on firefox since ... forever. If you remove clearfix and add float:left; width:100% float:left; width:100% or overflow:hidden , this should be fine in all browsers.

Also, you really are not using clearfix correctly. Instead of adding an empty element such as <div class="clearfix"></div> , you should simply add the class to the container with floating elements:

 <div class="clearfix"> <div style="float:left"></div> <div style="float:right"></div> </div>
