Direct stream gopro 4 frames in web application

I have a funny question for you guys. I want to create a web application, preferably in python / django, that broadcasts streaming video from a gopro camera and sends it to my site.

What do you think of ffmpeg, nginx or using the Livestream / Ustream api? A delay of 10-20 seconds will still fit my needs.
