How to style carousels?

How do I set the carousel points this way?

Here's how I do it:

I will create all the little pieces using Photoshop. that way I can do it exactly like what you described.

I will create 2 small circles, 20 px by 20 px

• 1. Gradient blue and dark blue.
• 2. gradient black and gray

Save them as .PNG files and load them back into the .CSS file. Then I apply background-image: url("blue_dot.png"); to blue, and background-image: url("black_dot.png"); - to black.

If necessary, adjust your width and height to suit your needs.
