What happened to my Visual Studio Subscription?

This only happened since I started developing - in VS 2103 Update 4 - for three different MS accounts. When I open the publishing wizard to deploy the MVC 4 web application to the Azure website, the VS login request continues to interfere, i.e. block me. Despite entering the correct password, it appears again. Advertising nausea. When I use Alt-F4 to close the login window, publishing will succeed. This is more annoying than a show stopper, but it is very annoying and embarrassing.
