The Visual Studio Multi-Device project continues to hang periodically in Ripple

I am currently using Visual Studio Premium 2013 under Windows 7 x86, and after installing Visual Studio 4 updates and Visual Studio tools for Apache Cordova CTP3.0, my existing hybrid project with several devices continues to hang from 3 to 6 minutes after starting this project in Ripple. I already have the websocket4net.dll file in the folder "C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ CommonExtensions \ Microsoft \ WebClient \ Diagnostics \ ToolWindows \", but in order to be sure that I downloaded the latest the version from this site is https://websocket4net.codeplex.com/ , but that didn't help at all.

This should be fixed with the release of RTM Visual Studio 2015 and tools for Apache Cordova. If you still have this problem, I suggest sending an error report http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio .
