How to copy a visual studio publishing profile?

The only solution I found was to copy / paste / rename the publication settings file (.pubxml) to the Properties\PublishProfiles .

When you create a new publication profile, two files are created: .pubxml and .pubxml.user. The .pubxml.user file contains only a few parameters that apply to a specific user, such as an encrypted password.

Once you select Publish Website, the Preview tab will open. Click on the "Profile" link on the left, and then select the drop-down list (I know what you think ... there’s only one) and you can configure additional profiles.
