How can I get Rails.root from Gem

Question

I am creating a stone that requires the yml configuration file to be executed at boot time. But Rails.root is null. I assume that Rails is not loaded and therefore does not yet have a root. How to get Rails.root?

Or even passing the value to the gem at boot will also work, if possible.
