Yosemite Apache, PHP information not shown

Not sure if this question is related to SO, so don't yell at me if that is not the case ...

I got rid of XAMPP and tried to do everything in os x. I followed a lot of guides, but I'm stuck for PHP to work, the browser does not display phpinfo. I'm on 10.10, Apache / 2.4.9, PHP 5.5.14.

I turned on the modules in the conf file, I got to the page "localhost / ~ me /", showing me the directory. My index.php file contains <?php phpinfo(); ?> <?php phpinfo(); ?> , but it just outputs the source code instead of the information. The main guide I have is this . If there is any further information, please let me know and I will provide. Each guide ended here where the information should be shown ... any idea why it does not work?

For PHP to work, you must have the following configuration in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf :

 LoadModule php5_module libexec/apache2/libphp5.so AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

After that, run sudo apachectl restart and PHP should start working. Please note that the file /usr/libexec/apache2/libphp5.so must also be present.
