User domain (in Google Apps) cannot delete user domain

Question

I got an error when I click "delete" to delete a web address

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. (Error #1000) 

and I got this error when I try to remove Google App Engine from Google Apps

 You do not have the permissions necessary to uninstall this application.

Today the problem disappeared after I sent an email to support and publish this problem =)
