I am writing an application to exchange some data with applications such as facebook, twitter, google +, whatsapp. I launch the selection dialog using the ACTION_SEND intent in android to list all common applications and let me choose which application the user wants to share with. But I always get 0 result in the onActivityResult () callback. I would like to know if my data was shared or not, and I need to track the total number of shares. I googled a lot and it is mentioned everywhere that there is no way to process the result from the intent ACTION_SEND. Could you help me, how can I achieve this? At least I need to know if my share is successful or not?
