Visual Studio Team Services - how to change the language?

I am using Visual Studio Team Services. i goto - My profile - Locale - select another language. But the language in the browser is in English. How to change the language in Visual Team Services?

From the Brian Harry Blog Post about the first instance of Microsoft Visual Studio on the Internet that was not used in the US:

Although we have our first instance in a non-American, non-English speaking region , we do not yet support a localized experience for VS Online. You can enter data in any language, but the user interface for VS Online is currently only English. This is what we expect to begin addressing next year.

I had a problem when my TFS online was shown in French rather than English, although the other sites I was on were shown in English. I found that my language was set to French in Chrome, and when I changed it to English, TFS also changed. Therefore, if you want to change the TFS language online, just change the default language in your browser!

The reason for this is because many new web applications that are localized will look at the language settings of your browser and use this information to determine which language the website should display.

You can manage VS Team Explorer locations here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\CommonExtensions\Microsoft\TeamFoundation\Team Explorer 

For example, you can rename the folder with the current locator of the command explorer to another location (be sure to turn off VS). After that, the locale will be switched to the default value (en-us).
