Can UglifyJS support line breaks and delete comments?

Question

We would like to use UglifyJS only to delete comments, but save everything else, is this possible?

AFAIK beautify is the only option that adds line breaks, but does not match our dev source, and it can be difficult to debug for QA purposes.
