Github Pages 404 for everything except index.html

I have a Github pages site for our team at http://olinaeromarketing.imtqy.com/ . I tried to open index.html locally and it works fine in chrome on my computer. Everything loads perfectly. However, when I click everything on Github and try to open it using http://olinaeromarketing.imtqy.com/ , everything except index.html gives a 404 error and cannot load. I'm pretty dumb why this is happening. I also could not find anything on the Internet about this issue.

The repository is located at https://github.com/OlinAeroMarketing/OlinAeroMarketing.imtqy.com . BTW, the website is currently WIP and not yet completed.

By default, Jekyll is used to process GitHub pages. Files / directories beginning with underscores are of particular importance to Jekyll, and therefore they are handled differently.

Since you don't seem to be using Jekyll, your easiest solution is to add a file named .nojekyll to the root path to disable Jekyll functionality.

For more information contact https://help.github.com/articles/files-that-start-with-an-underscore-are-missing/ .

Edit: To be clear, the intruder directory is "_include".
