Google Play Distribution Agreement for Developers

Question

My Google Account says:

The Google Play Advertising Distribution Agreement has changed recently and the account holder has not agreed to the new agreement. Access to this developer console will be blocked until the account holder agrees to the new agreement.

I disagree. Please help me how can I activate my Google account. I am new to Google, I have no idea about this problem.

You need to go to https://play.google.com/apps/publish/ and accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement with your primary account. This is the Google account that was used to set up the developer account.
