Using external users in iTunes Connect

I received a message from Apple that showed that the function of external testers is now available in iTunes Connect . I have completed the following steps:

  • Added new external tester.
  • I turned on the Beta option and submitted it to the Beta App Review.
  • The completed form and submitted.

When I open the Testflight application, there are no assemblies for testing, and the person I added as an external tester did not receive any email.

Did I forget any step? Am I doing something wrong?

For external beta testing, you need to go through a beta test. The application will be available for testflight, and external testers will receive mail only after your application is approved for beta testing.

Applications available to external testers require a review of Beta applications and must comply with all recommendations for testing the App Store before testing can begin.
