IOS 8 extension: how to use xib inside Cocoa Touch Framework in extensions?

I am creating an iOS 8 extension (action extension in a specific), I have some user interfaces that are used both in the extension and in my container application, so I want to put these view controllers with my xib inside my Cocoa Touch Library so that I could share them between my application and extension.

But, to my surprise, these xibs are neither included in the container application suite nor in my extension kit, so neither my application nor the extension can read these xibs.

What should I do to achieve this?
