Expiration TestFlight

I am trying to use TestFlight (new) to share my application.

Now I shared it with my three internal testers on itunes connect , one of them all works fine, and they successfully downloaded the application.

But the other two, when in the TestFlight application get this page:

Why does this expire me, it makes no sense, since it is definitely related to the 30-day test period, since it works fine on another internal test. Any help would be great.

I just received an email from the App Store Developer Support Team

They said:

Hi, Max,

We believe that this problem has been resolved. If your testers are still unable to test your application when using the TestFlight version 1.0.1 application, let us know.

When this shit happens, usually it means that you have a problem with the training profile.

This is the only thing that can expire (certificates also)

The following steps are listed to help resolve this issue:

  • Log in to your developer account.
  • Delete / Regenerate Profile
  • Go to Xcode
  • Settings
  • then account
  • update condition
  • clean
  • assembly (using production profile)
  • Archive
  • imagine

The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. On some devices, it worked, and on others, the expired button. If the regeneration of the initialization profile does not work, this should be a problem in the "Language and region" section in the iOS settings. Just compare what is different from those that work and those that don't. In my case, I fixed it by specifying the region as the United States, Gregorian calendar, and Advanced in automatic mode. After I changed this, the button immediately changed to "Download." Hope this works for you.

Check if the devices showing the application that expires in TestFlight have a 24-hour system clock. On your device, go to settings → General → Date and time. Be sure to enable the 24-hour timer, as TestFlight is currently struggling with the 12-hour system clock.
