Google Tag Manager event tracking not tracked

Question

I am trying to integrate GTM event tracking using an Android app. I made the following configurations

• Created GTM and GA Account
• An external account (GA) has been added to the GTM configuration.
• Added tag with tag type: universal analytics and GA track identifier. Track type: event (Tried also with AppView)
• Shooting rule added as Always
• A configured Android application to get an instance of a static container.
• call pushEvent () to dispatch an event using a DataLayer.

When I launch the application, it shows the log "Submit hit for service ....." with the correct GA identifier and event name.

But the events on the GA panel are not yet reflected.

I missed any settings or settings.? Will event tracking data be displayed immediately or will it take time? If it takes time, how long will it take to update the GA interface.
