HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Project Template in Visual Studio 2013

I just downloaded Visual Studio 2013 Express for the Internet and I want to know how I can only deploy JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 projects?

I cannot find a suitable template or way to do this. I have already searched for JavaScript templates on the Internet, but still unsuccessfully. I even tried to download Visual Studio 2013 Express for Windows 8.

Does anyone know how I can solve this and start developing for a website using VS2013 Express?

I hope I found a good blog post and a download link for this Pure HTML5/JS/CSS3 project template . I spent a lot of time today looking for a solution on how to start a clean project without useless things that I will never use in the future. Finally, I found the download link for purehtml (the official codepen link no longer exists) in the article
