Lowercase "k" in Cocoa

I know this is a common convention, but what does β€œk” mean in variable names? (i.e. kMaxImageViewSize) I looked at Apple's documentation on variable names and could not find any mention of this.

Thanks for answering

Which is a generic programming term, not related to Objective-C (ie Hungarian notation), and β€œk” means β€œconstant”.

I would suggest that it means "constant". :-)
