I am absolutely sure that executeFetchWithCompletionHandler was called for my application after rebooting the device, without having to open the application when it was introduced with iOS 7.
However, right now with my example application, it seems that it is not called when my phone is rebooted, neither on iOS 7 / Xcode 5, nor on iOS 8 / Xcode 6 or 5
Can someone point me to some specific documentation on this?
