500 Internal Server Error - Log Location?

I am running a Linux server with cPanel installed.

I get a 500 error when visiting a specific page, but I am trying to find logs that can provide me with more information.

Here is one place I found several magazines for him:

/usr/local/apache/domlogs/mydomain.com

But all this has general information that a 500 error occurred, but not necessarily what caused it. Where should I look for this information?

Running Apache2 on CentOS, you can check the logs with the following command:

 tail /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
