TortoiseGit context options missing for files

I have the last bit of TortoiseGIT 64 installed on my 64-bit Windows 7 machine. I recently noticed that the context settings no longer go to the files. Folders have options such as Git commit, Rename, etc .... but by right-clicking on files, it displays a menu that is usually used for files not added, such as "Add ..". I checked in my repository that these files are probably versioned.

I already installed the 64-bit turtle, the latest version of git, rebooted several times, tried to remove the turtle and reinstall. Also tried to repair the tortoise installation.

Anything else I can try?

Here's what my menus look like:

Well, it looks like I have found a solution for now.

Changing the default icon add-on status to “Extended Shell” seems to have returned the menus and icons to me!

Changing it did not help.
